1.   Go to website “gplus.to”. Here you can create your own profile URL or nickname. The example is “gplus.to/myname”

2.  As being not the Google’s product, this will direct the customized Id to your original Id.

3.   It acts like a short link generator for your original Google+ Id.

4.   Go to “gplus.to” write nickname in the “nickname section” and paste 21 digit long Google+ id.
