3-Nov-1020 the Space Science related department of one of the top university from US named Purdue University launched a website called “Impact: Earth!” Its an interesting and must visit site for all Space fans. Impact Earth allows you to customize and experience the possibility of calculating the potential damage that a comet or asteroid can cause if it struck our only habitat in this universe, the Earth. At the start, the site invites the user to enter all data and parameters that are able to recreate the conditions of a real meteor on a collision course with our planet. These data can be the diameter of the projectile density, impact angle, speed, and if the projectile hit the water or solid surface. This interactive site is not gaining the attention of different research and development groups but also is a hot topic of all Space lovers.
