Here are the new features will be introduced on the Internet Explorer 9:
1) HTML5:
Is the next version of HTML for web pages work like a real application. Accordingly, HTML5 will support things like:
* See h.264 video standard used in some large sites.
* Allow embedded audio files right into the site (MP3/AAC formats).
* Support image format SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics): Help zoom, stretch an image as you like without fear of diminished image quality because they are drawn from the vector image format rather than in normal (similar self as the Flash).

HTML5 is the largest company noted. Google is testing HTML5 Youtube, Apple does not want to use Adobe Flash which to HTML5.
2) Using the JavaScript Engine:
Sites as online applications like Google Maps, Google Docs, Facebook … all filled with the JavaScript and the browser is running faster or slower depending on the engine that it uses. Equipped new engine not only help IE9 download sites faster, but also work more efficiently.
3) 2D graphics acceleration (Acceleration 2D):
IE9 will use DirectX to speed up processing and display fonts and images as SVG. This means that the browser will load everything quickly and smoother than ever.
Test comparing the video to display the Google Chrome browser, IE9 can play at two standard HD 720p video on a single window, while the Chrome Left struggling with a video processing. And users only need to use Windows as IE9 can immediately access the graphics acceleration without interest sites that support or not. And yet, the experiment also showed that the browser IE9 consume less CPU resources than other browsers
