Almost all of us use some kind of  phone, but what about designing a phone for one of the top selling brand, Nokia. Yes…. Nokia invites you and those of you who wish to participate in design, offer ideas for the phone model in its future, Nokia recently launched a program called “Community by Design”. Accordingly, users who love the brand Nokia will be directly involved in designing a phone idea (concept) from the selected screen size, rate monitors, to touch … the specifications such as operating system, camera, connections ..

The program was initiated by Nokia Conversations, will begin in March and ends in May. There will be many stages to design a complete phone on time. The first section, users will design the screen and user interface (UI) such as screen size, monitor (touch or not touch), the keyboard, the buttons on the screen … The week after that will be the size, shape for the device, materials for the device, operating system, connections … To avoid unrealistic ideas, Nokia launched three levels to measure the actual level of the idea of Not Ambitious Enough (temporarily out: too trivial); Perfect mix (perfect) and Too way out there (unrealistic).

After a week, the perfect design will be selected and the design will be interviewed with Nokia’s design team. Finally, the collection of this idea, Nokia will design a phone perfect idea and started opinions of the crowded voting users. Results will be announced in May.
