I am sure every one wants to be more smarter and Intelligent, but there comes a limit to every thing.This simple exercise, which appeared on CBS News, promises to improve not only our memories but also stimulate concentration, emotional stability and even intelligence! Moreover, according to respondents, also helped patients with autism and Alzheimer’s.
The exercise is achieved with three simple steps:
- We must stand with legs slightly stretched.
- With his right hand, we take the left lobe between his thumb and forefinger, with the left, we do same with the right lobe.
- Now, inhale air while we bend down, and exhale as we turn to stop
This we have to repeat from 1 to 3 minutes.

This exercise was introduced, apparently, in the book superbrain Chok Sui Koa Yoga, exploring techniques to improve our activity and brain power.Like everything in the interwebs, better take a skeptical stance, but considering the fact that this year only takes 1 to 3 minutes, the worst that can happen is that they see as silly as we do, right?
