Facebook added another feature to its Messenger app for iOS and Android - send voice messages. This new feature will provide more versatility to the stand alone Facebook Mobile App. In order to send voice message to your friend on Facebook when he is not on, follow the instructions below.

1. Start by tapping the “+” button. You can find it beside the message typing screen in the Messenger app.

2. Now select “Record” button and keep holding it till you finished speaking.

3. In order to send this message, you just need to release the “Record” button.

4. The message will be delivered to the recipient.
